Refund/Cancellation policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you the cancellation

As Brand The You is a service based company, only cancellation is made. We work as a team with different expertise to help you position as a strong personal brand. If any case, this service might not feel as the best investment for your business. Then you can call to our customer care number and ask for a cancellation.

How the payment process works?

We first have a free discovery call where a client will be qualified as our ideal customer.

We then pitch our pricing proposal as this industry comes with customised service and there is no such thing as fixed rates for branding requirements.

After the process, half of the payment is made before we start the project.

The remaining half is paid after the submission of the project.

The cancellation is only applicable if the work delivered is not satisfactory after eight iterations.

There is no provision for refund.

Your investment will stay with us and we might refer you to a different service provider.
